Tuesday, July 12th: Frankfort Sizzle Tournament Championship

Channahon finishes second in the Frankfort Sizzle Tournament. Aaron Gregorich went 2 for 2 with a double. Jake Garcia and Ryan Sartori also had hits. Congratulations on a great run boys. Good luck to all returning players next year and Thanks for the memories for all the boys who will be moving on!
Monday, July 11th: Frankfort Sizzle Tournament
Channahon Crossroads All-Stars 10, Frankfort 9
A wild game that was a back and forth battle that lasted 8 innings. The game was decided in the 8th when Konnor Reagan blasted a 318 Foot Home Run to dead center. Aaron Gregorich followed with a walk and eventually scored the winning run on a Mike Good suicide squeeze bunt. Aaron Gregorich (4 k's) started keeping his team in the game for 4 innings. Jordan Gregorich (4 k's) closed with 3 and 2/3 innings. Josh Garcia also pitched for Channahon. Mike Good drove in 3 with 2 singles, Jordan Gregorich (RBI) & Jake Garcia had 2 hits. Josh Garcia, Dakota Risley, Jake Wietting, & Aaron Gregorich (RBI) all had hits. Channahon will meet the Oswego Panthers in the Championship game Tuesday night.
Saturday, July 9th: Frankfort Sizzle Tournament
Channahon Crossroads All-Stars 4, Oswego Panthers 3
A well pitched game and some timely hitting helped Channahon win the first of two at Frankfort. Jordan Gregorich gave up 2 runs over 5 innings striking out 13, his brother Aaron closed striking out 5 over 2 innings. Josh Garcia had 2 hits, Dylan Podhajsky had a key RBi double, Jordan Gregorich, Konnor Reagan, Mike Good, Jake Wietting, & Aaron Gregorich (RBI) all had singles.
Channahon Crossroads All-Stars 10, Lombard Buccaneers 5- Every Channahon batter had at least one hit erupting for 8 runs in the 4th inning to erase a 4-2 deficit. Aaron Gregorich had 2 hits & 2 RBI's, Jake Garcia, Konnor Reagan, & Ryan Sartori each had a single and an RBI. Jake Wietting smacked a 290 foot triple (RBI) to center field. Dakota Risley started striking out 3 in 2 1/3 innings. Aaron Gregorich closed the door striking out 6 in 3 2/3 innings giving up just a run to seal the victory.
Saturday, July 2nd: Troy 4th of July Tournament
Harrison Park Chicago 13, Channahon Crossroads All-Stars 3
A tight ballgame until the 5th inning. Dakota Risley kept Channahon in the game thru 4 innings. Jake Wietting had 2 hits, Konnor Reagan & Aaron Gregorich each drove in a run. Josh Garcia, Jake Garcia, Jordan Gregorich, & Ryan Sartori all had hits for Channahon.
Crest Hill II 14, Channahon Crossroads All-Stars 1
Crest Hill and the 2nd game in 100 degree temperatures proved too much for Channahon. 3 Squeeze bunts opened the floodgates for Crest Hill. Channahon's bats were quiet with Jake Garcia (double), Jordan Gregorich, & Jake Wietting getting the only hits. Aaron Gregorich, Jordan Gregorich, Jake Wietting, & Dylan Podhajsky pitched for Channahon. The Crossroads team will play in the Franfort Sizzle Tournament July 7th-July 12th.
Wednesday, June 29th: Troy 4th of July Tournament
Channahon Crossroads All-Stars 6, St. Joe's 5
A pitchers duel that came down to the end. Jordan Gregorich Struck out 13 in 5 innings holding St. Joe's to only 3 hits. Aaron Gregorich (2 k's) & Dakota Risley (1 k) closed the door for Channahon. Jordan Gregorich had one of 2 Channahon hits with a double. Aaron Gregorich (RBI) had the other Channahon hit. Jake Weitting & Ryan Sartori each drove in a run. Colely Tierney started for St. Joes (2 k's), Logan Dopheide (1 k) & Bo Phillips (3 k's) finished. For St. Joe's Eddie Visnevic, Bo Phillips, Colby Marchio, & Dan Hibner (RBI) all singled. Dakota Risley struck out the final batter with the tying run on third. The Channahon Crossroads All-stars with play a double header on Saturday.
