Mobil One jumped to an early 6-0 lead behind key RBI base hits by Conner Briley (RBI) and Tyson Ruprecht (2RBIs). For the game, Lucas Salabura ripped a single and RBI double. Matt Brozovich added two hits and Austin Corniels stroked an RBI single to left-center field. Chris Flanagan, Jeremy Messer and AJ Martinez added nice hits. The team rallied behind Matt Brozovich's first career start and he went the distance over 7 innings and giving up 5 hits; 4 runs; 11Ks; 2BB. Fantastic job on the mound! For Whiteford Buffalo Wings, Hibler led with 2 hits (double, single). O'Connell and Murray ripped doubles. Deppe, LaBuhn added singles. Holsinger Hunter Nelson had two singles while teammates Dakota Jermain tripled with three RBI and Connor McGrath doubled. McDonalds broke open a scoreless game with 3 runs in the 4th inning. Johnny Carnagio doubled home the 1st 2 runs after Jonny Butler and Casey Delaney(2hits) led off the inning with a double and single respectively. James Connolly then singled home the final run in the inning. Aaron Gray(2hits) singled to lead off the 3rd and eventually scored to stretch the lead to 4-0, but Mobil came right back with a run after Matt Brozovich doubled and stole home on a pick off attempt. Then Nick Briley gave McDonalds a big insurance run in the 7th with a solid RBI single following Spencer McCabe's walk. Salabura and Derek Malone each singled to score the final run for Mobil. Pitching the 4 hit victory for McDonalds Were Jonny Butler 5IP, 1 run, 2 hits, 8K's and Johnny Carnagio 2IP, 1 run 2hits 3K's. Jackson Shepherd 3IP, 0 runs, 2 hits, 4K's, Derek Malone 3IP, 4 runs, 5 hits, 5K's and Matt Brozovich 1IP, 1 run, 1 hit, 2K's pitched a very good game for Mobil.

Drew Jordan singled with RBI. AJ Martinez singled and Derek Malone contributed a sacrifice fly RBI. Mobil One pitching was stellar. Derek Malone (2IP); Lucas Salabura (3IP) and Matt Brozovich (2IP) combined on the effort. For State Farm, Clements singled and scored a run. Vinny Lovato singled. Walmart pounded out 13 hits in 5 innings. Led by Rogina with 3 hits. Marozas, Lyman and Nichols each had 2 hits and Moats, Anderson, Whalen and Hirsch added hits. TJ Daufenbach had 2 singles, the only hits for McDonalds.

The scoring by both teams was back and forth each inning until 1st Community bank scored 6 runs in the bottom of the 5th inning. Dylan Peacock had a 3RBI hit and a heads up base running move that allowed him to get into scoring position. Zack Figura was 2-2(1RBI),Bailey Rath had no official at-bats with 3BB's and 7 stolen bases. 1st Community pitching continues to be strong as Dylan Peacock(2IP,0R), Turner Neri(2IP,2K's), Jake Bugajski(2IP,2K's), and Zach Gessner(1IP,2K's) combined to allow only 9 hits, and walked only 4 batters. For Walmart Supercenter, Orszula was 3-3 with 2 runs. Marozas hit a line shot off the fence, and Walmart Supercenter had a great team effort in a rundown between 3rd and Home plate that literally took 4 minutes. Great game by both teams.

Dawson Nelson and Ben Zawacki lead the way with 2 hits each, Alec Arnold and Ben Zawacki each had an RBI. Hunter Nelson, Danny Beaudin, Connor McGrath and Tyler Bockholdt each had a hit. Danny Beaudin, Kyle Kobe and Dakota Jerman combined to strike out 14. Danny Beaudin, Hunter Nelson and Ben Lundberg combined for a strike out/throw out double play to end the game. For First Community Bank, Jake Bugajski lead the way 2-4 2R, Zach Gessner 1-3, Dillon Peacock 1-4, George Gutierrez 1-3 1R, and Bailey Rath 1-2 1R added hits and Danny Drag also scored a run. Neri, Peacock and Gessner combined to strike out 7. Great game.

Drew Turek and Matt Spalding combined to ptich the win. Sports Huddle's offense was led by Nick Costa (triple, double, single) and Jack Sullivan with three hits. Nick Airola (triple, single), Turek (triple, single) and Austin Garza had two hits. Vince Bazzarone (2 runs) and Carson White added hits. Nolan McDowell scored two runs. For McCoy's, Jack Bauer (2 singles), Andrew Jepsen, Danny McMillin and Thomas Schieffer had hits. John Wheaton and Ethan Petric were on the mound for McCoy's.

For Lockport Sports Huddle Nolan MacDowell doubled and had two singles and teammate Drew Turek doubled and singled. Vince Bazzarone and Nick Airola each picked up singles. For Whiteford's 3rd Base Bar & Grill Antonio Henley doubled and singled while teammate Harris Alexander had two singles. Colton Foote had two doubles, with the second double scoring the tieing and winning run in this tightly fought 7 inning contest at Whiteford.
Mobil One Lube Express 12, Whiteford IBEW 1
For Mobil One, Derek Malone led the attack with 3 hits (double, 2 singles, 2RBIs, 3Rs). Jackson Shepherd doubled, singled with 2RBIs and 2 runs scored. Matt Brozovich added an RBI single and scored 2 runs. Lucas Salabura singled and scored 3 runs. AJ Martinez and Conner Briley contributed RBIs. On the mound, Derek Malone was stellar (4IP;2H;8K;0BB) and Matt Brozovich (1IP;2Ks) pitched the final inning. For IBEW, Friddle singled and Gutierrez tripled. On the mound was Turner, Friddle and A. Rodriguez.

Another solid pitching performance by 1st Community Bank. Turner Neri(3IP,3K'S),Zach Figura(2IP,2K's),Johnny Slattery(1IP,W), and Dylan Peacock(1IP,2K's,SV)combined to only allow 3 hits and only gave up 2 walks. 1st Community belted out 11 hits today. They were led by Turner Neri(3-3,2RBI's),Jake Bugajski(2-4)Johnny Slattery(2-3,RBI) and George Gutierrez(2-3,RBI). For Whiteford(Tutt), Clements was 2-3 and Vinny Lovato did a great job catching behind plate including a perfect throw down to second for an out. Great game boys!!

For McDonald's Spencer McCabe led the offense with 2 hits including a double. Aaron Gray, TJ Daufenbach, Jonny Butler and James Connolly also added hit as Jesse Figuera and Jordan Long pitched a solid game for Whiteford. Jonny Butler 3IP, 2 hits, 5K's and Johnny Carnagio 4IP 1 hit, 11K's also pitched well for Mcdonalds.

Great pitching performance by both teams. For 1st Community, Turner Neri(3IP), Zach Gessner(3IP) and Dylan Peacock(1IP) combined to only give up 4 hits. 1st Community's team defense was solid again by not giving up any errors. Jake "Boogie" Bugajski made a diving catch in centerfield while Dylan Peacock had 4RBI's in the winning effort. For McDonald's, Johnny Carnagio (4IP) gave a great pitching performance with 10K's and gave up only 1 hit. Great game by both teams.

Well played game by both teams. Mobil One was led by Derek Malone with 3 hits, 2RBIs. Jackson Shepherd and Matt Brozovich contributed RBI base hits in the bottom of 6th inning to propel Mobil One to victory. For McDonalds, good pitching and defense carried them to the 5 inning victory. Brandon Brodzinski and James Connolly combined to pitch a 3 hitter and only one walk. Brodzinski pitched the 1st 3 innings giving up 2 hits and striking out 6. Connolly finished the final 2 innings yielding 1 hit and striking out 3. On offense James Connolly and Jonny Butler(double) had 2 hits. Brent Beckwith, Brandon Brodzinski, TJ Daufenbach and Nicky Cox also added hits. For McCoy's Ethan Petric doubled. John Wheaton and Andrew Jepson had hits.

Pitching was highlight in this game for McDonalds as Johnny Carnagio and Jonny Butler combined on a 2 hitter. Carnagio pitched a perfect 4 innings facing the minimum 12 batters and striking out 8. Butler pitched the final 3 innings striking out 9 and giving up 2 hits. On offense, Johnny Carnagio had the big hit of the day with a bases loaded inside the park home run. James Connolly, Jonny Butler and Casey Delaney all added 2 hits. For Law Dogs Danny Beaudin and Dakota Jerman had hits. Beaudin scored 2 of the runs.

McDonalds came out on top in a hard fought season opener for both teams. For McDonald's Jonny Butler was 3-3 with 3 runs scored. Johnny Carnagio (also 3 runs scored) and Brandon Brodzinski had 2 hits apiece. Casey Delaney, James Connolly and TJ Daufenbach also added big hits. For Sports Huddle- Nick Airola and John Wheaton(sub) had 2 hits. Drew Turek, Matt Spaulding, Nick Costa, Jack Sullivan and Austin Garza all had hits. Pitching the victory for McDonalds was Jonny Butler, Brandon Brodzinski and Johnny Carnagio.

Meents Law Dogs jumped to an early lead 2-0 in the top of the first inning. Mobil One responded with 3 runs in the bottom half of the inning on Matt Brozovich's 2RBI triple. Mobil One scored three more runs in the bottom of 2nd inning behind Jackson Shepherd's 2 out 2RBI single to center field. For the game, Mobil One banged out 8 hits and was led by Matt Brozovich's 3 hits (triple, double, single) Derek Malone and Jackson Shepherd contributed two hits while Conner Briley add a sharp single to left center. On the mound for Mobil was Derek Malone and Jackson Shepherd. For Holsigner Meents Law Dogs - Hunter Nelson led with 2 hits. Kyle Kobe singled and scored a run. Dawson Nelson singled and scored a run. Ben Zawacki and Ben Lundberg reached base safely and scored runs. On the mound for Law Dogs was Danny Beaudin, Ben Zawacki, Kyle Kobe, Dakota Jerman. |
